Meaning upright

Artistic, profitable, working hard, discipline, developing talents, building something step by step, development, marketing your product, professionalism, being really good at what you do, working freelance, building something, acknowledgement, working together, good communication at work necessary.

Meaning reversed

Not getting the acknowledgement that you deserve, perfectionism over the top, boring job, slavery, not using your talents, plagerize, doing a bad job, rushing, getting off easily.

The Three of Pentacles in your reading

This card shows you that you're working hard. Step by step you keep on working to reach your goal. And you know what? The people around you are starting to see what you do. They observe you from a distance and like what they see. Maybe they don't want to compliment you too soon or maybe they just don't know how to tell you that they are impressed. Don't let that discourage your, but get inspired from your own feelings that you like working like this.

For what you are doing now you need special talents that not everybody has. Acknowledge this and see that what you are doing is right. All of this doesn't always have to do with work but it could also entail a health situation. Basically you are building steadily at a sound foundation to grown on. Make use of what you are so good at and the results will follow. Don't doubt that.
