Refusal against traditional professions, trouble, loss of motivation, tired, lack of influence, time to think what you want, vocation, having a need to express yourself in your work, need to be outside, the power of less, simple life, no longer wanting to "have to", unfocused, feeling less than others, smaller turnover, waste, very busy, uncertainty concerning the future of your job, temporary unemployment, exploitation of resources, doubting yourself, not knowing what you're good at, lack of faith, pay off, coercion labour.

Go back to work, knowing your own power, end of unemployment, end to dobut and insecurity, despite lack of money still able to see your riches, gratefull, getting rid of your incompetence and insecurity, not wanting to work for tough bosses, slavery, routine, superficiality.

The Seven of Pentacles in your reading

This is the moment take inventory of your life. What did you make of your goals? Are you still going in the right direction? How does it feel when you think of the future? Look if you're still going for "gold". If something doesn't feel right anymore then change it or leave it behind you. Going on like this isn't much use because it will wear you out slowly. Make sure that you get more energy from what you love doing so that you can use that for the things you really can't leave behind.

It could be that you think that certain project do not progress enough. If that is so then decide if you still have realistic expectations. Could it be that your expectations have to redirected or is there really something in the way that needs to be cleared? Despite the fact that you may have hit onto a plateau there is still a lot to do before you can rest.
