In your reading
Look at this High Priestess, she knows when something is true. She doesn't have to question that because she just knows. She always weighs matters carefully to find out if she's right or not but in the end she trusts her inner voice.
When you pull this card you are connected to the mystery of life. Sometimes you will not understand it. But when that happens you just have to check your feelings. Does it feel good or does it feel bad? This is a keen indicator of how it will influence you. Of course you can be scared and there is nothing wrong with that. Everybody is scared so now and then. But why don't you sit down on your couch and take some time to check how it really feels? Is there is little piece of excitement present? Even how tiny? Then trust that.
The truth of your intuition is never brought to you in booming voices through loud speaker sets. To catch that inner voice you really have to open yourself and listen carefully.
Where the Magician represents the conscious processes, this High Priestess represents the unconscious ones. Brain research shows that we're only using 10% of our capacity. So what's happening with the rest? Aren't we using it or is there something going on that we don't understand yet? That we can't measure yet? All we know is that intuition is often something to keep in account. Respect the mystery. Don't try to understand it. Just use it. It sure makes it easier to go with the flow instead of fighting it.
In that view she cannot exist without the Magician. This is the magic couple that makes it all happening. Make use of both.
