These are the general conditions for readings from Tarotkaartenleggen.com. I take myself serious as a reader and I take my clients serious. That is why I find it important to be transparent about the conditions under which I do these readings. This will prevent disappointments. It will show the possibilities but also shows what I cannot do for you.

General 

You are responsible for your own life and the decisions you make. I will not make them for you but I can help you make them. Based on the reading I send you you can decide to change certain things in your life and thus create a better situation for yourself. You can do this at any moment that you want. If you need to wait, then there is nothing wrong with that. You sometimes need courage to change your life but you will notice that it will give you a good feeling to choose for personal freedom and go your own direction (even if you are in a relationship).

I tell the truth. I do that as simple as possible so you can understand it. I know that the truth may hurt so now and then so I will take your feelings in account but that won't keep me from telling the truth especially when I think you need to know certain things.

I use my well developed intuition when I do my readings but I am not a psychic. I don't do readings about the future. Nonetheless you may find a card about the future in your readings so now and then but that is an outcome if you follow the path I suggest. They are often part of a reading but you have to remember that when you make a slightly different decision it will not be the same outcome. So I always use possible outcome in my readings.

As you may have noticed English is not my native language. If I may believe others I write and speak it very well but I can make a few mistakes in grammar. Please keep this in mind.

The procedure

You request your reading through the request form. When you've sent it there will be a confirmation page on which you will find a Buy now button. When you click that you will be able to pay through Paypal. 

I only start doing your reading after I have received your payment. I will let your know when I'll be able to start your reading. Others may be in line before you.

If it takes too long for you to receive your reading you can ask me to send your money back. You have to at least give me a week to do my job. Some readings just are a bit harder and I want to send you a good reading.

When you demand a refund I will hold back the Paypal costs that I have to pay for every transaction.

As soon as I start your reading I will send you an email. From that moment on it will not be possible anymore to get a refund.

Health, financial and legal readings

Questions about your health, finances and legal issues cannot be answered because I am not professional in those fields. Please see a doctor if your health is bothering you, see an accountants for your questions about finances and a lawyer if you have a legal situation that needs an answer. I can help you though with feelings surrounding those situations.

A reading cannot be a replacement for psychotherapy or help by other professionals.

Finally

All requests are handled in all confidentiality. I do not correspond with third parties about your request.
