The Eight of Pentacles in your reading
This is the card of the industrious worker. In his foundry he works on and on at his piece of art. In the heat you see the sweat on his arms and you can understand how tired he is. But he keeps going and concentrating at what he does.
Sometimes you want to go faster than possible bringing on top results as you would like. Remember that good things often come slow. Even Edison needed hundreds of new attempts to develop the light bulb. Every time you will come a little step closer to your goal and even that is a good thing. Being able to see your progress is the strength of your process.
Sometimes when your question is about work, it is possible to make your hobby your work. Take a good look at the possibilities that you have and that you think you will get and anticipate on them by taking a course already. Keep doing evaluations if you are still going in the right direction. Stop so now and then and look around you. Is it still working for you?
Remember that when you make your hobby your work you will lose a hobby. Are you willing to do that? Will you need something in its place?
This card often asks of you to evaluation your attitude towards work and if it is bringing you closer to your goal. Sometimes we have this goal in mind but inside we feel blockages to really go for it. Often you say: “It’s about time that I …” or “I have to…” When people have to do things they will feel resistance. Look at what is holding you back and change the connecting thoughts. Don’t force yourself too much, but give yourself time and space to take it slow and learn new things.
