Deep desire, limitations, the power of negative thinking, pessimism, abuse of sex, drugs, food (or whatever you fancy), feeling or giving boundaries, powerless, breaking your bonds, choosing not to choose, fear, oppression, feeling stuck in a confining situation

Abusing power, emotional manipulation, co-dependency, a bad relationship, overcoming your temptations, choosing the higher road, sucking energy, inability to break off a relationship

In your reading

Sometimes you can say that you have a pretty good life but still you eat too much, drink too much or sleep around. When you take a good look at it you just find it really hard to put up boundaries for yourself and/or for others. It could be that some people constantly ignore those lines in the sand but it could also be that you step over them way too easy.

Why is it so hard to do what is good for you? Isn't it time to make an active choice instead of choosing the passive road time and time again? Could it be that you feel trapped in your situation and don't know how to get out? Change starts with making the first step. Don't expect yourself to make big steps. Only ask yourself to make one small baby step towards a better place. And when you've done that you make another small step. If you go too fast you will end up in a ditch somewhere but the people who go slow will go the longest.

The Devil shows that it could be that someone is stronger than you. If that is the situation then ask other people to help you get out of it. Two (or three) know more than one and it is great to not feel alone anymore. Don't feel ashamed that you are not able to solve your own problems. Other people are probably glad to help you.

If there is one thing you need to work on it the negative way you think right now. Check on your thoughts constantly and notice how often you operated from a NO instead of a YES!
